Description:  Fast paced, multiple phase Office Warehouse project at Avalon Ridge. Phase I construction allowed the tenant to occupy new Printing and Warehouse Areas, while construction on Phase II Offices were underway. Distinct finishes helped designate the company’s three major work zones. Warehouse and Printing areas included the fabrication and installation of metal shelving components and an epoxy painted floor. The Service and Staging Room was equipped with ceiling mounted electrical and compressed air hook-ups and the Executive Areas are finished with hardwood floors and custom mahogany millwork and reception desk.

Description: Compartmentalized office renovation in a single story building at Mansell Exchange. HVAC, gas, and electrical systems were redesigned to service the suite, new ADA restrooms were constructed and office storefront entries were reconfigured to separate the new suite from its original square foot template.

Description: Office build-out of a recently acquired 30,000s.f. building in Lawrenceville. This turnkey project was conceptualized through initiatives such as site evaluation, conceptual drawings and budget analysis. Beakon Construction teamed with Millard, Inc., Legacy Mechanical and Allied Electrical Contractors to design-build and produce architectural and engineered drawings from the collected data. Portions of the new office were occupied during construction and care was taken to allow for daily use of the facility by the tenant without jeopardizing a safe and effective jobsite.
